A seasoned educator, with 37 years of teaching and leadership experience behind her, Ms. Nalini Ponnappa comes with a strong time-tested know-how of the way children learn. She has a Masters in Education and has taught across grades in Delhi, Lagos and Bangalore. She joined Vidya Niketan in 1989 in the capacity of a teacher and went on to become the Headmistress, Principal, and Joint Director.
Her repertoire includes various curricula including ICSE, ISC, CBSE, and accredited programs. Her forte lies in developing innovative curriculum and child-centric administrative policies. As the Academic Head of Vidyashilp School, Ms. Nalini will take forward the vision of building a school that offers a journey of great learning via self-discovery and exploration.
